Self-Funding Clients
Consultations are charged at £120 per 50-minute appointment.
Concessionary rates may be available to low income earners for a limited-number of sessions.
Additional information regarding invoicing will be provided at the time of booking your first consultation.
Private Health Insurance
Common Ground Therapy is currently registered with the following insurance companies: Aviva, AXA, Bupa, Bupa Global, Cigna, Vitality and WPA.
Consultations will be invoiced at the agreed insurer rates.
Please contact your insurer for prior approval of treatment. We will require details of the agreed number of sessions, a membership number and authorisation number if you intend to claim through your insurance.
Cancellation Policy
It’s easy to cancel or change the date or time of your appointment.
We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. This acts as a courtesy to other clients who are waiting for appointments.
Appointments that are cancelled or not attended within this 48-hour period will be charged at the full session fee.
This cancellation charge will not be claimable through insurance.
